Brian Waters currently serves as the Director of Middle East and North Africa Expansion for First Priority Global; a ministry committed to equipping young people to become Missionaries, Ministers and Messengers of the Gospel to their own generation. Before joining the First Priority Global team, Brian and his wife Sabrina served 18 years in local church youth ministry as well as international missions in Central Asia.

James is a CPA with Dent Moses, LLP in Birmingham, AL. James serves as Treasurer of Shyne Honduras. James and his wife Leslie live in Moody, Alabama with their 3 daughters. James serves on the Finance Committee of Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Leeds, Alabama and is on the board of Directors of First Priority of Alabama. James is also past-president of the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Tim Tindle has served as a pastor for 38 years in The Tuscaloosa Alabama area, and has worked with mission organizations in Honduras, Nicaragua as well as South America. He felt the need to help pastors and their families going through difficult times. He is available to fill in for pastors and continues to preach revivals. He now lives in Foley Alabama.

Serves as the secretary for SHYNE Honduras. Married since 1981 to her high school sweetheart Dale. 2 children, 2 bonus children and 2 grandchildren. Has worked at A.C. Legg in customer service department since 1984 and is a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Leeds, AL. Where she has served in the nursey ministry since 2001.

"Ms. Pat" as she is most famously known as, has 2 daughters and 2 granddaughters. Pat has more than 25 years experience working with church preschool & children's ministries. She currently is the Director of Mothers Day out. Pat loves kids and loves to share God's love with each and every one of them.

Billy has been the Pastor at Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Leeds, AL. for 30+ years. He and his wife Lorrie have 3 daughters and 4 granddaughters. Billy has been involved with missions around the world for many years; places like Europe, Brazil, Central and North America.

Keith and his wife Cathy have 4 children and are members of Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Leeds, Alabama. Keith has a law degree from the University of Alabama, and works for Jefferson State Community College as the President. He also serves in the Army National Guard.
